I grew up in a small beach town on the west coast of Florida, and have been impersonating dolphins ever since I first met them in the water.

After graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Advertising & Communication and a certificate in Leadership Studies, I worked in NYC public education, helping to build a non-profit education program (Open Future Institute’s - The QUESTion Project).

After my last day teaching, I bought a car and drove across the country, beginning an exciting chapter of my quest to live out my dream as a filmmaker and entrepreneur in Los Angeles, CA, where I currently live and work full time.

Throughout my life, I've received hundreds of calls from my parents and grandparents (as well as their friends) beginning with "Can you help me *insert tech question here*"  At first, I thought it was cute. Then one day, after a long, frustrating call, I realized there was a problem.

 

My parents are smart, incredibly resourceful, with rich life experiences. Yet, when it comes to digital technology, they have a hard time catching up. At the same time, the skills and wisdom that they have gained during their life give them an advantage in the digital world, once they learn how to navigate it.

My life experience is the foundation of my optimism. I have no doubt that everyone is capable of accessing their full potential. Even if they avoid the digital technology that would support them on their journey :)   

 

The stories that we live out every day inspire me. It is my passion to live my life at full capacity while supporting people to live a story that enlivens, inspires, and connects us all to our shared humanity..
